The parade was put on by the City of Fort Walton Beach, and sponsored by Santa Rosa Mall.

The City of Fort Walton Beach, Florida 2019 Christmas Parade, “A Storybook Christmas” took place at 6 :30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 2, 2019.
The route begins at First Street and proceeds north on Eglin Parkway to the old K-Mart parking lot. The parade includes approximately 100 entries ranging from non-profits and the military to area schools, bands, civic organizations and area businesses. Parade entries are divided into five categories and awards will be presented for the following: Best Marching, Best Youth Organization, Best Religious Organization, Best Service and Best Commercial. Santa will close the parade riding on the Fort Walton Beach fire truck. The parade is recorded and will be rebroadcast on Facebook, YouTube, Emerald Coast TV and Cox Channel 6 during the month of December.Post Views: 937
